We’re not simply providing therapy—we’re building strong foundations
We provide services to families in the DFW area.
We accept most insurance plans including Medicaid.
We recognize the whole person and individualize care.
At Earthbound Behavioral, we believe meaningful progress begins with connection. Our approach to services is grounded in understanding each individual as a whole person—their strengths, preferences, needs, relationships, and goals. Rather than focusing solely on behavior change, we work to build practical skills that support greater independence, communication, confidence, and quality of life.
Choosing a provider is about more than choosing a service—it is choosing a team to walk alongside your family. Here, our goal is to create a supportive environment where individuals feel understood, families feel empowered, and progress is connected to what truly matters in everyday life.
Neuroaffirming Care
We were founded and are owned by Dr. Chase Thomas who is neurodivergent, having Autism and over two decades of lived experience. Chase serves as the Executive Director of Earthbound Behavioral.
Humanistic Approach
We integrate our values of Empathy, Authenicity, Resillence, Teamwork, and Hope into every aspect of our organization including our approach to treatment and overall care of our clients and employees.
Progressive Mindset
We maintain a progressive mindset, recognizing that as our clients and employees grow, so does the environment around us. We prioritize strategies that reflect this such as Natural Environment Teaching.
Our Founder, Dr. Chase Thomas advocating with his mom in the community as a young adolescent for improved special education services.
Chase spent the next decade volunteering his time for various organizations including the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) and political groups.
We are committed to social responsibility which means that Our Mission, Our People, and Our Approach ensure that the work we are doing reflects both the science of behavior analysis and the dignity, preferences, and individuality of the people we serve. Because of this, we ensure that our work helps shape the whole family, not just the indvidual receiving services.
Additionally, we are not just human services professionals or clinicians delierving therapy, we are advocates. Our Founder, Dr. Chase Thomas, who is on the spectrum himself, is passionate about ensuring families are connected and have access to resources so they are truly supported.
