We provide services to families in the DFW area including McKinney, Princeton, Prosper, Allen, Plano, Frisco, Carrollton, and Wylie.
Our services are designed to help individuals build meaningful skills that support greater independence, connection, and participation in everyday life. We take an individualized approach that begins by understanding each person’s strengths, preferences, needs, environment, and goals.
Our team uses evidence-based practices of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to better understand how learning happens and to create supportive opportunities for growth. Depending on the individual, services may focus on communication, social connection, play, daily living, emotional and behavioral regulation, safety, self-advocacy, school readiness, and independence.
Services may be provided in the home or community, allowing skills to be learned and practiced where they matter most.
Every meaningful journey begins with understanding. Our assessments are the first and ongoing steps in developing individualized, compassionate ABA services that reflect each person’s unique strengths, needs, and goals.
A qualified behavior analyst, works collaboratively with the individual and their family to gather information through interviews, observations, record review, and evidence-based assessment tools. We explore areas such as communication, social development, daily living skills, learning readiness, independence, and behaviors that may impact quality of life.
Growth happens through meaningful experiences, supportive relationships, and opportunities to practice skills where they matter most. Our therapy provide individualized, one-on-one ABA support designed around each person’s strengths, needs, preferences, and goals.
Under the supervision of a qualified behavior analyst, trained behavior technicians implement individualized treatment plans through engaging, evidence-based strategies. Sessions may focus on developing communication, social interaction, independence, daily living skills, emotional and behavioral regulation, play and leisure skills, and other meaningful areas of development.
Lasting growth extends beyond individual therapy sessions. Our caregiver training is designed to equip families and caregivers with practical strategies, knowledge, and confidence to support meaningful progress throughout everyday life.
Through collaborative coaching, education, modeling, and hands-on practice, our team helps caregivers better understand their loved one’s strengths and needs while learning individualized strategies that can be incorporated naturally into daily routines. Support may focus on communication, independence, navigating challenging behavior, building new skills, creating supportive environments, and promoting consistency across home and community settings.
We believe meaningful progress is strengthened when everyone that is supporting an individual works together. With appropriate consent, our team works alongside members of each individual’s care network to share relevant information, align goals, address barriers, and promote continuity across environments.
Guided by our E.A.R.T.H. Approach, care coordination keeps the individual and family at the center of the process while helping ensure services are connected, purposeful, and responsive to their unique needs. By bringing the right people and resources together, we help create a more coordinated path toward lasting growth, greater independence, and meaningful participation in everyday life.
Learning doesn’t stop at home. Our community outings provide opportunities to build and practice meaningful skills within the real-world environments where they are used every day.
With individualized support, clients may practice communication, social interaction, safety awareness, self-advocacy, flexibility, independence, and daily living skills while participating in activities throughout their community. Outings may take place in settings such as parks, stores, restaurants, libraries, recreational spaces, and other locations that are meaningful to the individual and their family.
